Andrew Van Heusden
Editor-in-Cheif
My name is Andrew Van Heusden. I am the Editor-in-Cheif of our school newspaper, The Eagle. This is my third year on staff. I was the Entertainment Editor on the staff last year. I am also a member of the Hartland Eagles Marching Band, Optimist Club, the Varsity Tennis team, and NHS. I am a fan of the Harry Potter series, I enjoy listening to Pandora, and my favorite television show is Survivor.

My name is Kayla Kaszyca. I am a senior. I am the In-Depth Editor. I am the Student Producer for the drama club and am also involved in the marching band and NHS.
Hunter Hawkins

I am a senior and this is my second year on The Eagle staff. I am a co-sports editor. I am a varsity cheerleader and plan on majoring in fine arts and physical therapy.

My name is Christine Bowen, and I'm the Online editor for The Eagle. I am currently a junior, and this is my second year on staff. I play soccer for club with the Michigan Jaguars, and high school with the Varisty team, as a goalie. In my free time, I like to read, hang out with friends, or play video games.

My name is Elena Espinoza and I'm a senior this school year. This is the first year I've been on the HHS Newspaper Staff. I thoroughly enjoy being a staff writer and the copy editor for The Eagle. Most of my spare time is spent reading novels and writing poetry, short stories, and concepts for novels.

Hello, HHS! I’m Crystal Schupbach, a junior, and this is my first year on the staff. My positions on The Hartland Eagle staff include being a staff writer, a photographer, and copy editor. I enjoy painting, drawing, and reading. At HHS, I am on the Varsity tennis team, quiz bowl team, a member of National Honors Society, one of the two leaders of Young Americans for Freedom, and I am also new to DECA this year. I am looking forward to a great year on the newspaper staff!

My name is Kayla Robinson. I am a junior at Hartland High School. I am the circulation manager and a photographer for our newspaper, The Eagle. This is my first year on staff. I am also a part of the Hartland Girls Swim team. I work at the Hartland Caroselli Aquatic Center, as a lifeguard. In my free time I like to spend time with my friends and family.

My name is Alexandra Closser and I am a senior at Hartland High School. This is my first year on staff and I am a Staff Writer, Photographer, and an Event Planner. I absolutely love to write and I hope to incorporate writing into my career one day! My favorite things to do are to be with my friends and family. I LOVE SUMMER.

I am the Opinion Editor for The Hartland Eagle, and have been on staff for three years. I play clarinet in the band, and in my spare time I like playing video games, petting my cat and participating in shenanigans with my friends.

I'm Morgan. I'm 17 and a high school senior. I have been on staff for two years and I'm currently the Entertainment Editor. I enjoy writing for the paper, drawing, and archery.

Hi, My name is Maegahn Wiley. I have been on staff for two years now and I am the Co-Editor for Sports. I'm 16 and a junior, I play travel softball for the OutLaws 16U team. I'm a catcher and softball is life.

My name is Keegan Hoose. I am a freshman so this is my first year on the Newspaper Staff. Even though it is my first year, I am currently the Business Manager, the person who secures all of the advertisements and organizes the finances. On my free time I am very athletic and skiing is one of my top priorities. I also run cross country and track, enjoying primarily hurdles and pole vault.

I'm Arielle Bliznik, and this is my first year on the newspaper staff. I'm 15 and a freshman. I am on the girls varsity dive team, and I'm involved in band and drama club. I love Markiplier, Rooster Teeth, Marvel, and Supernatural! I also like photoshopping things and being outside.

I am one of the Varisty cheer captains and next fall I will be attending Faulkner State down in Alabama to continue my cheerleading career and to become a Neonatal Nurse.
